These people never call you back. I’ve left many messages with someone i assume is front desk and NEVER get a returned call. I have already voiceed my concern and still nothing. Some insurance company!!!!

I utilize Texas Farm Bureau Insurance for our companies fleet insurance. They have always been extremely supportive and responsive to our needs and requests. We value them as a businesss partner, and especially have a valued relationship with Angie Warren. She has been an excellent representative of the company providing stellar service. Couldn’t imagine working with someone else there!

I am Molly S. I am here to tell anyone that needs help with insurance that Ms Angie has proven over and over again to not only be the utmost trustworthy person within this industry, she has repeatedly went out of her way to help me when in all my years of driving no other company ever has had an employee that has or would have. I had heard of Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company long ago however I had never once tried to get a quote until about a year ago. I will forever be happy I did. I have had several claims with this crazy Texas weather as well had my car rearended and totaled. Ms Angie has went above what was called for her to do as she knew my medical condition and refused to let anyone try to take over and talk for me on the phone. She stayed on a three way call for about an hour. I was truly blessed to have her at my side. I have not met her to this day face to face, yet I know I have a true friend that has my best interest at heart. I know in my honest opinion that Ms Angie is the heartbeat of that office. (I will follow her where ever she goes as long as she is working insurance) Each adjuster has worked with me on a professional and timely manner. I have read these reviews that have been left and wonder what is wrong with these people? The office has zero control over what the policies are and over your lead foot. I do not believe that someone’s hurt feelings are a reason for giving poor reviews either. I personally give Ms Angie permission to give anyone that wants a true conversation about Tx Fm Bureau Ins Co, this branch she works at a three way to give me a call. Worst experience ever!
I have ONE traffic ticket on my driving record & they were unable to help me which is RIDICULOUS!
Went to another insurance company & they were able to help me with coverage.
If I could leave 0 stars I most definitely would.

If you have any kind of traffic tickets, as simple as not having insurance at any time, do not waste your time with this company. They will deny coverage for you saying it is for “criminal charges.” There are better options, I promise.
