I’ve been with Texas Farm Bureau for years regarding business and personal policies. I recently had an issue which was very frustrating, and I reached out to their office and spoke to Angie – she listened to my concerns and was prompt about getting an answer for me the next day. I also really appreciate that there is someone in the office to answer my calls. I’ll definitely be sticking around

This particular branch office is the only one with Texas Farm Bureau I’ve been exposed to. I cannot hold “Texas Farm Bureau” accountable just because of this one branch office, HOWEVER, it is the WORST! RUN! Do NOT do your business here. Learn from what I’ve been exposed to.

They do not answer their phones during normal business hours (esp in the a.m.) And IF you do get someone to answer, ask for A.N.Y.O.N.E. other than “Angie”. She seems put-out 100% of the time. She insists on passing you thru to anyone else, and even goes so far as to intentionally pass you on to a “sales agent” (who isn’t even in the office, who is out in the field, traveling, etc.) in lieu of assisting you with your needs. I have complained about her on 3 separate occasions. The branch manager doesn’t seem to care enough to follow up or to correct the situation in ANY manner.

I am HAPPILY taking my Auto Policy and Homeowners Policy elsewhere! This has been THE worst experience in my 24 yrs of driving with an insurance agency, ever.

Texas farm bureau cancels policies during pandemics, only sending notifications by mail, that you never receive. Not taking in consideration that people are literally going through time of crisis and not be able to even reside in their own home. They can’t temporarily contact via email or phone of cancellations. Even after seeing that there has never been a lapse of coverage will not taken claim inconsideration.
