My bills have gone up 50% since December. When asked why, they say their supply chain cost are up. Look I’m not the person driving Kias and Hyundais that can be stolen by a 5 year old with a plastic screw driver. But I’m sure paying for it. Why should I be charged for other peoples poor decisions. 10 year customer, no accidents, nothing. Being treated like bank. It uses to be good insurance not anymore. Greedy company nickle and dime customers. Why anyone would put up with this overprice insurance is beyond me.
Edit: took two months for them reply, just another great example of how well they communicate. I did reach out you guys said “it is what it is”. Don’t stay with this agency because clearly loyalty will gets you nothing.
