They request so much paperwork after paperwork. Money hungry, they make sure they get paid, but won’t take care of the ones who pay for their services. Causing more stress and mental instability to those who depends on them or are waiting to hear from them… maybe a lawsuit may change their ways.

Hartford is so hard to reach out to , you can e-mail them or leave a phone messages and thy don’t responds back ?? But your lucky if you can talk to a service that understand your needs. But if you get stuck in a other country that they don’t understand or have your claim number, they you have to start all over again ! But as for now I haven’t heard anything about my situation ?? No phone calls or email ?? .or they will denied you because it will take 5-10 days for Hartford gets my imfromation from my provider . so as I am still waiting for Hartford to response back to me. ?!!.

money hungery and dishonest. i paid them my bill for renters insurance of $16 on the 4th of this month all of a sudden today 01/09/2024 i get a email stating they never received payment even though i have proof they took it out of my bank with autopay i got a bank statement showing they did too.now they want me to pay $17 for the cancellation to be stopped ? no here’s what im bought to do i’m going to file a complaint with the BBB this is not the 1st they have tried to scam me out of money either i gave you many chances and im done AARP should be ashamed of themselves for using this disgusting insurance company they are liers and scammers and just want money. o don’t even get me started on how this company raised its rates on their customers also instead of lowering them for the good drivers no they punish us for the bad drivers lol looking for another insurance company as i type this and can’t wait to be done with this company and i hope you lose more customers too.

In two months of calling my representative’s direct extension and leaving detailed voicemails, I have yet to ever receive a call back. It took a whole month for them to locate paperwork faxed to them. It seems I submit everything that is asked of me and at the last moment they need more. The initial 6 weeks of my short term leave have come and left without any help or claim approval!!!

Fair insurance provider but stuck in the 1980s technologically. Providing supportive documentation to cancel a policy required ‘faxing’ them. What kind of company is reliant on fax machines in 2021? Despite your attempts to thwart my efforts ye relic of 1980s your red tape has failed you. I’ll ‘pony express’ documents if need be to escape your grasp.
