Hernandez is a good agent who responds quickly and politely. Allstate, however, has made sweeping changes that make me question if they’re trying to stay in Arizona or not. For my two cars last year, my auto premium jumped from ~200/mo to 450/mo without warning and without reason. My partner insures one car and hers jumped from ~150 to nearly 350. We have no accidents or tickets. If you’re embedded in Allstate, or their pricing is attractive in your scenario, Hernandez is certainly a good pick. Five stars to him and his staff, but 1 to Allstate for their pricing with me and my partner and how sloppily their claims department handled my home flooding.
