Krystal is a rockstar! She previously assisted me in obtaining better rates with a different company. She recommended that I raise my overall bodily injury limits as the state or Arizona has very low required limits. I did so because 1) it was still roughly the same price as my previous carrier and 2) it would alleviate any type of out of pocket costs should something happen. Unfortunately, something happened, but I am far more at ease due to her recommending higher limits. So, THANK YOU Krystal!

Worst broker agency! Do not recommend! I emailed my agent several times regarding a hail storm and wanting to file a claim, no response for 2 weeks. I’ve checked email and spam regularly. I had to file the claim myself, only to find out we weren’t fully covered after being told by Matthew Plummer we were. I called the number listed and was told Matthew was let go some time ago. There was no bounce back of emails so someone was getting them. There was zero correspondence regarding this from the company or the agent I was assigned to. I left a message with the receptionist for “Crystal” to call me back. Not sure if that’s the correct name as I could barely understand the receptionist. No return call. I went to my policy page on Progressive and tried to email that email address and it bounced back as undeliverable. I tried to email Matthew’s email again and now there’s a bounce back. I tried to call again and it went straight to a generic voicemail that doesn’t even mention the company’s name.

What a joke this so called broker is. My mother changed insurance companies when she purchased a new car at the end of last year as this one did not provide a competitive rate to another we found. Someone at this company then removed all of my mother’s historical insurance information from the system and refuse to respond to her or our current insurance company to validate previous coverage. Their phone systems do not work (it goes to voicemail and then says you can’t leave a voicemail due to mailbox being full), no one responds to emails, and my elderly parent is now forced paying more for their monthly car rate due to the negligence of this entire company.
What a terrible experience and thing to do to an elderly retired veteran. I will be reporting this.

The Insurance Team has provided excellent service on my homeowner’s policy for the past seven years. They always find the best deals, and coordination with the mortgage lenders has been seamless. My highest recommendation is well-deserved, especially for Ana, who managed to get my claims history for me in less than 24 hours!
