I received a notice that my homeowners renewal was coming up. Upon receiving this I had also noticed an increase of 23%! I totally understand insurance is increasing across the country. But what bothered me, was my agent never called or responded to me when I questioned the increase. I received quotes from several companies. Not only was Allstate the lowest, Sally took the time to understand our needs and my desire of good communication between myself and my agent. Between our home, auto, off-road vehicles & umbrella policies, we were able to save over $1,200 a year by switching and we have much better coverage with lower deductibles! I’m looking forward to working with Sally & Allstate for years to come.
