I have been talking to the owner David since March concerning a refund from my home owner’s insurance that was paid for the year. I have tried over and over again to get this resolved. I am owed 3.5 months of insurance that was paid for in my escrow account. I am unable to get anyone at the Markey agency to help me. One thing is for sure they are great at putting you and your issue off their radar.
