After trying to contact Ally I ended up talking to another agent who had some suggestions and said she would talk with Ally and get back to me the next day. After several days and no communication, I decided to do some research and found a policy that would save me around $30 so decided to go with them.
Owens was closed on the day I changed so had to wait until the next day when I again spoke to someone else and was told I had to send in writing my wish to cancel. This came back as undeliverable. When I was finally able to talk to Ally (my agent) I was told crystal was out of the country for a month and I would need to send another notification to cancel. This was send at around 12 today and I have had no confirmation of its receipt or that the cancellation has taken place. This is the reason for the 3 stars and I’m not sure they deserve that except I did originally get good service.
They are considerate of the rates as senior citizens.
