This is the WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET! The so called owner is a rude and disrespectful, he is arrogant, superficial and has a superiority complex, he speaks to paying customers as if they are less than, as if we are not the ones paying! I called about home insurance and he got mad that I didn’t want to bundle. He yelled at me and tried to belittle me. RICHARD EUBANKS IS THE WORST PERSON ON THE PLANET

Let me start by saying the staff at this place is HORRIBLE. Countless days I called the office with an issue regarding my auto policy and was ignored. If you do reach someone they will PRETEND to take action and weeks will go by with no update. I literally had to drive to the office location just to speak with someone. They do not have any understanding over their own work .This firm will advise you to pay and no changes will reflect those adjustments to your policy; then they will act oblivious when it’s brought to their attention, leaving you with unaccounted payment with no option for refund or account credit , just money stolen from your pockets. Never would I recommend this company. They call it “Billing issues” I call it UNPROFESSIONAL.

At first this place seemed like a great place for my auto insurance. A few months go by, and I am hit with hidden fees that WERE NOT explained to me when I signed up. The salesmen and I spoke about me purchasing a home in the future, we both agreed that we would be in contact about this, however the fee added was not. I have tried relentlessly to get in contact with the person who sold me the policy. I was told he would get in touch with me, two days go by and nothing. I then proceeded to leave messages with his staff and have not heard from him. Instead of trying to resolve the issue they have instead tried to sell me a new policy. They do not listen to the PAYING CUSTOMER.
