Very professional and courteous! Each Agent (Tol Graves in this case) and how they organize their office is unique and does make a difference in terms of customer satisfaction. In other words, it’s not just a simple matter of all State Farm Agents are the same since the overarching company is still State Farm. The detailed training and attention to detail are different within the office of each Agent. Tol does a phenomenal of running his office, and his staff is second to none in terms of providing timely, thorough, fair, and very knowledgeable customer service. Thanks!
