Absolutely horrible experience after using Tom as my auto insurance agent for nearly 20 years. He told me himself that he didn’t blame me “if I wanted to take my business elsewhere. ” Seriously. The one time that there’s a claim, not a single person from his staff of nearly 10 people ever gave me so much as a phone call. I literally had to drive to his office and go demand to have an appointment with Tom in person. STAY AWAY FROM TOM! Much better State Farm agents around.
