My Allstate agent, Tonia Maxwell and her staff go above and beyond for their clientele. They are there to take the phone call or the unscheduled drop-in at the office just before closing and they do these things with kindness, courtesy and a smile. Any questions or concerns are treated with the utmost importance. They treat you like a friend not a number. In these times where loyalty to an insurance company isn’t something done often anymore, these things are what keep me with Allstate Insurance.
