If I could give a 0 I would. My mom bought about 10 whole life policies that were bought from Washington National and Monumental Life. Transamerica bought most of them. We always have a problem getting info. My mom does not like change and waits for this insurance man to call. So the policies were $10,000 and up. So she paid up on all and to surrender for cash value it was $1800 and less. We have an insurance man who does not get back to us and may have once or twice in 20 years and we have had many questions unanswered. His name is Sam I don’t understand how the level of customer can be nonexistent but still they keep their job and get honored. So they barely care about the customer service and to get Whole Life is a horrendous mistake! Term Life from any other company is recommended. Please check and do your research in any search for insurance. Total ripoff and not worth your thousands and thousands of dollars. Please pay attention this money sucker is not legal.

I tried to get a loan on my 401k it was and still is an emergency. Called on thursday the 5th and was told I could get a loan. I went through everything and was told two bussiness days the check would be there that cost me a 40$ fee.Im pretty excited I was able to figure my problem out on my own. Not really I call tuesday the 10th and was told I need to do another step due to an internal problem. Now I have to fax my i.d. and soc. Sec card. And would be 4 days for that to be fixed and then another 2 bussiness days to get the check out😡😡😡. Not very helpful and im still in need of the money. If he would have told me Thursday I would have faxed it then and have my money. Very dissatisfied
