I recently took over the management of my daughter’s household. I reached out and let them know this, I sent them a copy of the POA as requested and followed every one of their instructions. I have asked repeatedly for assistance with online access to view the account information, file claims, etc.
They continue to send me to the customer service and tech support for the website. I explained CLEARLY that I followed those instructions and that both departments deferred to them, stating that THE AGENT needed to contact them. They ignore me.
I began by saying I had an urgent claim to get started. They either do not understand or do not care. I have lost my patience and will be looking for another homeowner’s insurance company now.
