I had a gap claim through them. They tell you what paperwork you need but they don’t tell you the specifics they’re looking for. I got multiple different explanations over the phone of what I need and everything got rejected multiple times. It took me about a month to get them everything they wanted. The cherry on top of this terrible experience is that they don’t cover your interest so I still owe money after all of this. If I could do zero stars I would.

The customer service is by far the worst. They’ve been rude the only two times I’ve called. I wouldn’t recommend this company to nobody. When there giving information on how to make a claim, they give it quick and try to rush off the phone. This is a Poor quailty, no where near a professional company. If there was an option for no stars thats what I would have gave this company.
