Called to ask what are some basic requirements to obtain insurance. Lady told me she doesn’t know but she could have a quoting agent call me back. I asked when would they be able to call me back and she stated she did not know. I asked why did I need to talk to a quoting agent about basic requirements for obtaining insurance. Asked did I need an ID or a proof of address could she tell me. She stated she didn’t know. I asked did they have somebody from customer service I could talk to she said no. Lady was clueless and rude as heck. Called at 2:33 on 9/19/24 . Told her I would call an insurance company that knew their policy that I would no longer need her help.

I am the office manager for a small company and we’ve been with WalkerHughes for over 10 years now. Our experience with them has been exceptional. Dealing with Pat Bower and Laura Lawson has been a real pleasure. It is my belief that the true test of any business relationship is when “issues” arise and how they get handled. Pat and Laura handle issues in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. These days great customer service is NOT the norm although it should be. With Pat and Laura, great customer service IS the norm. We are extremely happy with WalkerHughes and in particular Pat and Laura. I highly recommend WalkerHughes.
