Wilmington is absolutely amazing! Customer service and insurance rates are fantastic. I was made aware of the agency by a local friend who connected me with Alivia a couple years ago. She helped me switch from Allstate to Erie, providing me with better insurance coverage AND a cheaper rate. I was super thrilled about this and grateful for Alivia’s help.

I was also really impressed with Cody. Recently, I had to file a claim because a rodent chewed through a wire in my steering gear and destroyed the whole part. It was going to cost me about $3,500, so I contacted Wilmington to see if I had coverage. Cody dug through my policy, found out I was covered (which I didn’t know at the time), helped me file the claim, and was super chill and professional throughout the whole process. Erie paid for the whole thing (minus my deductible) and I was THRILLED by the help I received.

To summarize, the folks at Wilmington are people I would want as neighbors. They’re kind, dependable, and genuinely care about the people they work with. They know what they’re doing and they’ll help you find the best rates. Couldn’t recommend Wilmington enough!
