Alex was available and informative 2 years ago when he placed insurance for me on a home in Palm Coast. I hate to post a negative review when service was excellent in the past but, since 8/5, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone, text or email and the VM box is now full. If I posted a review 2 years ago when I was looking for coverage, it would have been 5 stars but this recent (2 week attempted) interaction is a frustrating and negative customer service issue.

UPDATE: in response to posting, I almost immediately received two phone calls. Alex provided another number for better contact and answered my questions.

I will continue to expect the good service I received in the past. I upgraded the entire interaction to three stars. At this time, I could not give five stars because of the prior service on this matter but this somewhat lower rating applies to this transaction only
